Overview

E-mail subscription preferences – You receive e-mail notifications about changes in status of your requests, reminders to close a month etc. It is possible to unsubscribe from some type of notifications, and then restore the previous settings.

Welcome notification

This is a special type of notification that allows users to access their accounts and Log in for the first time – see an introduction for new users on how to activate their HERON accounts. You cannot edit those settings.

Welcome notifications can only be sent by Administrators of the system with special permissions in HERON. Find more information on this topic here: Send welcome notifications (both individually and in bulk)

Edit e-mail subscriptions

Step 1 – Profile

Go to personal data icon.

Step 2 – Profile settings

Click on profile settings icon.

Step 3 – Your preferences

Scroll down to the bottom of a page.

Edit your e-mail subscription preferences: select notification types you want to receive (or unsubscribe from).

Click Save.

If you still do not receive selected notifications, please check your Spam inbox, too.
