Introduction

To speed up the loading of the application, download Heron directly to your device. You can log into Heron via mobile, tablet, or web browser in your PC.

If you use Heron via browser, do not use an incognito mode. In this case, loading takes longer because the application is re-downloaded with each action.

In this manual, you will find instructions for downloading the application via:

• Android OS
• iOS
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
• Mozilla Firefox – Installing the application via this browser is not possible. You can create a shortcut icon with a link to Heron on your desktop screen.

Web Browser (PC)

Google Chrome

Enter your email address, password and confirm two-factor authentication. If you do not want to verify your identity every time you log in, check the box “Stay logged in” when logging in and do not log out when leaving the app. Heron will not ask for verification for up to 90 days.

Click on the three dots in the top right corner. Choose “Cast, save and share“. Select the option “Install Tulip Heron“.

The second option is a shortcut – click on the icon in the pink frame.

Click on “Install“.

For quick access, you can pin Heron to the taskbar.

Microsoft Edge

Enter your email address, password and confirm two-factor authentication. If you do not wish to verify your identity every time you log in, check the box “Stay logged in” and do not log out when exiting the application. Heron will not request verification for up to 90 days.

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner. Choose “Apps“. Select the option “Install Tulip Heron“.

Click on “Install“.

At this step, you can grant permissions to the application – pin it to the taskbar, to start, create a desktop shortcut or allow it to open immediately after turning on the PC.

If you chose this option, confirm pinning to the taskbar.

Mobile View

Android OS

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose “Add to Home screen“.

Click “Install“.

iOS

Click the download icon at the bottom of the screen.

Click “Add to Home Screen“.
