Overview
This manual includes information on how to set up the OOE settings for your company. The types of OOE are, for example: Maternity, Paternity, Parental leave or a Long-term unpaid leave.
Click here to add OOE status to an employee.
Please be aware that only employees granted with administrator permissions can set up this functionality.
Set up OOE (company settings)
Step 1 – Settings

Click on Settings and select Attendance.
Step 2 – OOE

Select Out of evidence types.
Step 3 – Select company

If you have access to set up more than one company, you must set up OOE for each company individually – select a Company.
Click + New out of evidence.
Step 4 – Details

Set up the Name & Order and click Save.
