ADMIN – Settings of import

Users with ADMIN permissions can import new employees or changes.

In this manual, you can find information on how to edit import settings (like import codes or adding some extra mandatory fields).

Please note that only employees with special permissions can use this functionality.

Step 1 – Organization

Click on Organization and select Employees.

Step 2 – Go to import

Click on the three dots and select Import employees.

Step 3 – Three dots

Click on the three dots and then select Import setting.

Step 4 – Set import codes

Go to Set import codes tab.

If you have access to more than one company, select the company.

Step 5 – Edit codes

Import types are automatically added based on the settings that you enable in your company. For example, if you create a new Team, a new line with a “Teams” category is added. You can now edit the code.

Some fields are editable for users with permissions (A), others are locked for all by default (B) :

  • Employment type – Main employment, Agreement on temporary student job, Work performance agreement etc.
  • Team – for example Marketing, Payroll, Management etc. A manager/teamleader is a person who will approve employee’s attendance.
  • Calendar – The way how employees have their shifts planned and distributed in a week/one or more months.
  • Attendance group – A group of attendance activities (vacation, doctor visit, sick day, home office etc. ) that an employee can request.

Once you edit the data, click enter.

Step 6 – Import code is updated

If there is a pop-up window “Import code successfully updated”, the changes are saved.
