In order to maintain higher security standards, Heron requires a two-factor authentication each time you log in.
If you do not want to verify your identity each time, check the “Stay signed in” checkbox when you log in. Do not log out. Heron will not prompt you for authentication for up to 90 days.
When using Heron through a browser, do not use the incognito mode. In this case, it will take longer to load because the application will be re-downloaded with each action.
For faster access, we recommend installing the Heron application directly on your device.
